“Command format”: teach each employee your writing habits

Instead of repeating heading rules, keyword density, and CTAs every time, save them once in the employee’s “command format.” It is stored per account and employee and cannot be tampered with from the client.

That saves Tokens versus stuffing everything into chat history: fixed rules live in the system prompt; the thread keeps task context only.

Clearing the format restores the default persona. Different employees need different saved formats for different roles.
