Who should use Basic, Recommended, or Optimal tiers?

The three tiers trade off quality and cost. Basic fits learning the product and light tasks during trial. Recommended balances price and quality for most business writing and chat. Optimal suits heavy reasoning, long context, or highest-quality generation.

After trial activation, users without a paid plan can still use the free model pool tied to Basic (see the live model list). Recommended and Optimal usually need an active subscription and balance so calls do not stop mid-flight.

Tier controls stay collapsed on cards to reduce noise—expand when needed. If you see a lock, add the employee to My employees or check subscription and wallet balance.
